10 % and Rising 

There are many vocations where women make up less than 10% of the workforce. This body of work by British photography Leonora Saunders celebrates women working in male dominated industries, challenging ideas on gender and ability as well as presenting inspirational role models.

I interviewed women working in different fields and wrote profiles to accompany these photos.
